Wait times are crazy. My appointment type takes less than 5 minutes and I always show up on time and am waiting for about 30-45 minutes to be seen. It’s really disruptive to my schedule and overall irresponsible to overbook like that. I wouldn’t recommend for this reason alone.

This was one of the best experiences I've had at any practice. The staff was helpful and kind, and Dr. Chockalingham helped resolve my issue after having been to other doctors who couldn't. I would highly recommend her!

Very poor experience I had last month visit. I had an appointment 9:30 and was there early. I gave all my insurance details at the beginning. We waited almost 45 mins and only then the office person says unless I pay first, the doctor wont see me. Note I have a valid insurance, the correct process is first doctor should check, send the bill to insurance, and depending on what insurance dictates, I would pay to doctor office. But they do not want to follow the process. They want to charge whatever they would determine. I spoke to Doctor also but doctor also insisted the same. Hence after waiting for 1 hr I had to return without any checkup.

Dr. C was one of the most friendliest doctors my children have seen. Made the visit very comfortable for my 9 year old who always has anxiety with doctor visits. After our first visit with her, my daughter never had a single worry about her next appointment. The office staff is extremely welcoming and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Chokalinga in the Nashville Midtown office STILL has not discussed the x-ray findings from my feet. I have not received an explanation from the x-rays I paid $200 up front for. I have had the worst experience with this office. I was referred to the ER because I mentioned calf pain - I now owe the hospital $900 and am out $200 for x-rays that were done in her office on my feet and never discussed. I am not pleased with how I have been treated and will not return as a patient.Oh and getting anyone on the phone is outrageous! They do not make it easy to connect with anyone in office — I also received a bill in the mail from advanced diagnostics imaging for X-RAY exams that were NOT discussed with me… she was not even willing to discuss over the phone. I have now moved on to a new podiatrist in the Nashville area and so glad I did!

Very disappointed. Felt she only there for the money. I have insurance but still had to pay over $450 for a removal of a small corn between my toes that was shaved away--literally-- with 2 strokes of her knife, one q tip swab of antiseptic, and a half of a band aid.

I really like Dr. C - she's patient, attentive and knowledgeable. For ongoing appts, though, having to play telephone through the Neuhaus answering service instead of being able to call the office directly has been annoying enough that I would probably try another practice if I have future need. My singular experience with the Neuhaus Brentwood office was not good, but, again, Dr. C in the Nashville midtown office is great.
